Which forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner's Club International), by debit card (VISA, Master Card), by UPI, Wallets like Paytm/Ola Money/Airtel Money etc.

How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

My payment was successful & money was debited, but I haven't received a confirmation email from the website for the purchase.

This issue happens when you close the payment page immediately after the payment has been made from your payment source or a network/server error occurs on either payment processor's side or at customer's end.

Kindly don't worry about this issue, just reach to us through the Contact Us page by stating your email id along with the product that was ordered & once upon verifying the same we will create your order from our side and send you the confirmation email along with all necessary details.

Can I avail cash on delivery? / Can I cc you the money personally because I do not have a credit card.

Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card & digital transactions only. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.

 How Can I Avail Flat ₹150 OFF?

This scheme is only valid for returning customer(who have purchased once before via any prepaid payment method available), while starting another order customer can use code "FLAT150OFF" at the time of checkout to avail the offer.
